Established in 2016 , Therex Unlimited Physical Rehab LLC has been providing home health care services to the Pinal County community for several years. Open every weekday from 9 am to 5 pm, we are equipped to provide your family with Physical Therapy in the comfort of your home.




We Are Currently Accepting New Patients


Our Physical Therapy team always look forward to serving you! We participate with many insurance carriers. We also accept patients that work with DDD of State of Arizona!!

Demarkis Smith has owned Therex Unlimited Physical Rehab LLC for over seven years. Graduating at the top of his class,  Smith created a company that serves patients high quality treatment within the comfort of their homes.
